It's two sequels for the price of one with these follow-ups to the 1982 classic about a young man carrying his deformed Siamese brother in a basket, and seeking revenge on the doctors who separated them. In Part 2, cult director Frank Henenlotter (Frankenhooker) revisits the twisted world of Duane Bradley (Kevin Van Hentenryck) and his basket-bound mutant former Siamese twin Belial. Having eluded the authorities over a series of grisly murders, the pair find sanctuary at the palatial home of Granny Ruth (jazz singer Annie Ross), an eccentric philanthropist who rallies the cause of 'Unique Individuals'. But even amongst 'friends' the pair soon find themselves having to confront their murderous past. Hilarious and grotesque - with the most disgusting love scene ever committed to celluloid - Basket Case 2 is in gloriously bad taste.
