In this futuristic thriller about a prison of the future where jewel thief Rutger Hauer is wired to explode! Hauer masterminds a heist but is double crossed by his partners and left for dead. Imprisoned in an experimental, unisex prison, he must wear a collar bomb around his neck, which is linked to the collar of another inmate (Mimi Rogers). If the collars are removed, or the two inmates should be separated by more than a hundred yards, they will explode.
