In a small Latin American country, corruption, brutality and exploitation are the order of the day. An elite Commando task force, led by Carrasco (Lewis Collins), undertake a desperate mission to overthrow the evil dictator (Klaus Kinski), he in turn takes any means necessary to kill Carrasco and destroy the revolutionaries. An action-packed battle ensues with numerous, enthralling sequences involving a dam, a bridge, a jetliner and an oil refinery. The guns don't get louder or explosions more spectacular than in Dawson's Commando Leopard.
